This item is very delicate and will come with a protective clear plastic film over the mirror front. This will need to be removed before using (instructions will be provided with your order).
As these are personalised they are not returnable. In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item WITH THE PROTECTIVE FILM STILL ATTACHED along with the damaged packaging within 24 hours of receipt. Size: 129mm x 116mm. Material – Laser cut from lightweight 3mm silver mirror acrylic., which is highly reflected on one side and matt grey on the back.
You will receive a FREE white organza bag with the horseshoe and 1 piece of ribbon. The rose on the photo is for photographic purposes to show the reflection on the mirror front of the horseshoe.
There is a protective clear film over the mirror face of the horseshoe to protect during delivery. This must be carefully peeled off before using. Instructions will be included.
Please ensure accuracy when entering your personalisation and check before sending to us (especially if using mobile phones as predictive text can very often change the text). Any alterations or additions cannot be added at a later date as we send these to be cut and engraved as soon as order is received. We may add more hearts on your horseshoe to ensure the Surname is correctly supported.
